「The first being the size of the room, it was incredibly small The reason why this hotel was disappointing was the view. I paid extra for the Empire State Building and although I could see it, it wasn’t a perfect view and there was obstruction. Honestly, there are way better hotel in the city. Covid19 obviously prevents certain things like house keeping, restaurants in the hotel being closed as well as the gym not being open, which is understandable but annoying.
