「I enjoyed the stay here! It’s a beautiful boutique, and love details of the decorations! The space it’s also big enough to open the two 29 inches suitcase, and accommodate 2 adults and 1 child in a room. The front desk is kind and polite! The only problem we met would probably that the bottle that could use to refill the water which has good intension, had already been opened which weren’t sealed! I’m just concerning about the health problem if someone has drink from the bottles? So I think...

「We stayed four nights with another couple for a long weekend of Broadway shows and nice dinners out. This was the perfect home base - we walked everywhere and it was a very comfortable home base. The bed was very cofortable, the lobby is a nice meeting place with a great vibe and the Spyglass rooftop patio overlooking the Empire State Building was a great place for a night cap to finish the day.」

「The first being the size of the room, it was incredibly small The reason why this hotel was disappointing was the view. I paid extra for the Empire State Building and although I could see it, it wasn’t a perfect view and there was obstruction. Honestly, there are way better hotel in the city. Covid19 obviously prevents certain things like house keeping, restaurants in the hotel being closed as well as the gym not being open, which is understandable but annoying. The staff was incredibly helpful...

「This is a beautiful hotel in a wonderful, though very busy location. The staff at the hotel is excellent. The property is a little dated, but it really isn’t an issue at all. The size of the rooms can’t be beat. We had a cathedral view, and it was stunning.」

「It's a unique experience use machine to check in & out, but still need assist; front desk is good and 27th floor have a big place let guest take a cup of cofee and sit for relax. Only the air condition is too noisy others are good and convenient. Subway & train station is nearby walking distance 5 minutes around. 」

「房間大，廁所浴室啱啱好，沖涼只有overhead shower。床好軟，房間冇樽裝水，冇熱水煲。融離房開熱水會聽到聲。但整體都乾淨，係隔音差少少」
