「The hotel location is quite good, but the Wifi in room is very bad」

「The hotel room was huge with a mini fridge and huge bed. We booked a lake view and it was perfect- basically the whole of the front of the room was window and looked across the lake. It was lovely. The hotel is opposite a night club that did disturb us at the weekend. 」

「The staff was very friendly and helpful. They addressed every question with knowledge and excellent service. Augustina and German were particularly helpful with suggestions for outings and electronic connections in our room. I would definitely return for another visit. 」

「Hotel convenientemente cerca, pero fuera de bullicio del centro (táxi alrededor de USD 5). Vista al lago y a las montañas. Lindo jardin. Limpieza inmejorable. Instalaciones renovadas y muy bien conservadas. Area del spa/piscina/gymnasio bastante agradable. Toallas suaves. Hace falta en la habitacion un hervidor eletrico y unas tazas para prepararse un té. El restaurante me pareció poco variado y con precios no muy atractivos, lo que te obliga a deslocarse al centro aun que preferirías estar...

「Fantastic friendly staff. Found the rooms to be dated. Dinner was very good. Breakfast so so. We had an issue with the underfloor heating bento hot and had to sleep most the night with the ac on to cool us down. 」

「Ótima. Hotel antigo bem conservado. Ficamos no segundo andar, linda vista para o lago e vulcão, o detalhe é que o vidro não é espelhado então tinha que fechar se quisesse andar a vontade no quarto. Banheira boa, café da manhã muito bom, frutas, pães, doces, queijos. Funcionários muito prestativos, ficaria novamente. 」

「O hotel é próximo ao centro da cidade. Fomos à pé várias vezes até o lago e cafés locais. Tem estacionamento gratuito e bom café da manhã. 」
