Sauna was nice and hot, heated pool was warm, had jacuzzi. Staff was friendly. Felt bad for staff because they were clearly making mistakes because they were under-employed. 「Passei uns cinco meses sonhando em ir para o suítes del lago,por causa da vista e da piscina. Queria descansar e passar o dia inteiro na piscina aquecida. Apesar de ser verão estava bem frio. Chegamos e para minha decepção a piscina estava com aquecimento quebrado. Ou seja,meu sonho foi jogado por água abaixo. Mas me ofereceram duas horas a mais no checkout por conta do transtorno.Sem noção ! Mas já resolvi parte com a hotéis.com. Se não tem condições de receber:FECHEM!Saindo revoltada!Se não...
