「Hermoso el hotel, la comida muy rica, lo que no nos gustó para nada fue el trato de algunos miembros del staff, desafortunadamente las dos primeras personas con quienes nos topamos fueron hasta groseros, con actitud despota, después ya encontramos staff más amable, pero el principio nos dejó mal sabor de boca.」

「The hotel room was huge with a mini fridge and huge bed. We booked a lake view and it was perfect- basically the whole of the front of the room was window and looked across the lake. It was lovely. The hotel is opposite a night club that did disturb us at the weekend. 」

「Receptionist and staff in general are very friendly, the breakfast was very good! Rooms are nice with a great view to the lake. Location is good, 10 min car drive to down town but right outside the city to make it more quite and with greater views to cerro catedral」
