Very good hotel and very close to the center. They also provided lunch boxes when we missed breakfast due to out early flight. Some areas at the hotel are only accessible by stairs but we managed.

Good hotel for a 2 day stopover in Puerto Varas. Comfortable bed and decent linens. Room was a bit on the small side and got hot with the afternoon sun. Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff polite and friendly. Would recommend.

Best value for money option in the area

We always come back as it is the best value for money option in the area. Great location, parking, views, service, breakfast. This time, the room we had was a bit small and in need f some extra furniture, but overall a nice stay.

A great value for money choice. Good location, confortable rooms, great breakfast and a historic touch, for a fair price. Some rooms are better than others, so check your room or options.

No hot water in nice hotel.

We had no hot water. The hotel room was beautiful, with windows all around. We did expect hot water at a Radisson. The front desk was not helpful and just had me write my complaint in a book. Also, I booked this hotel because of the free airport shuttle, which now costs $25. Very dissatisfied!

Convenient to the center of Puerto Varas. However: We paid for 2 superior rooms - they put us in 1 superior and 1 regular room - a rip-off. I found the old motel smell very strong - it was cold when we checked-in and all the windows were closed. With the windows open the smell was less. The carpets were very thin - which felt cheap. The floor hadn't been levelled before the carpet was laid and there were some big dips in the floor. The heating had a will of its own - it could be cold and it wouldn't come on and on a mild morning it did come on. Breakfast was included and was average. Parking on the site was tight but we could usually get a space.

The hotel is pretty dated, old, but ok maintaince. Staff ok. Breakfast good! There is no parking for every guest!!!! Very few spots for the big hotel it is. Close to downtown square, location very good, up to a hill but super ok.

Seems they slapped the Radisson name on an old hotel, painted the outside, and haven't spent a peso extra to maintain or renovate inside the hotel. It's dingy in the hallways and you can literally hear people in the rooms around you speaking at normal volumes. Would not recommend.

It’s fine. Don’t expect anything extraordinary. I don’t understand why hotels like this can’t get with the times and accommodate their guests by supplying some sort filtration system so we can refill our water bottles —- like practically every other hotel does. Instead they provide you with one bottle of water upon check in, regardless of how long your stay is.
