「the hotel didn't put hair dryer at my room in accident. when I asked reception lady, she told me the house keeping is off and the hotel doesn't have spare one. it's really bad experience.... 」

「We booked the room for 3 persons. When arrived, we discovered that there were only two sets of bedding, the sofa bed wasn’t ready or set. When asked for one more set, the receptionist said there wasn’t any! After chasing, she gave me at last. Her attitude was not sincere nor helpful. The check in experience was bad! This affected my stay in the hotel a lot!」

「Renovation was in progress but that was not an inconvenience. There was plenty of parking which is always a concern in Montreal. Breakfast was not included and cost $25/person if you were interested. It was worth the $25. Our room was clean and quiet.」

「Valet parking is available, which is nice since the city is built a little more for foot traffic but beautiful city and hotel! Would stay again! 」

「4 nights, checked in to a broken room heater not working. Changed to a nicer warm room. There is only one staff at the front desk. Staff is helpful. Comfortable bed n nice pillow. Great location, close by are airport bus, Metro, St Denis eateries. Will stay again. 」

「Bed and towels were clean, fresh and smelled good. I believe both bathtubs could of been cleaned better. Fortunately, I always bring my stuff to clean the baths when I go to a hotel due to an unpleasant experience somewhere else in the past. But overall, it was alright. I went there because I rented a room there for my father 2 years ago and he told me it was a good place. BE CAREFUL!!! THEY DON’T TELL YOU AND IT IS NOT WRITTEN ANYWHERE, BUT THERE IS NO ELEVATOR!!! 」
