Checked into our standard king room. There was no hot water and the heat didnt work. After informing the front desk about the issues, the lady told me that she could move us into a standard queen room. I said thats fine as long as I get a refund for the difference in price. She refused and was unable to give any reason other than "i already paid" , which makes no sense at all. She finally said i have a king suite we can move you to. I said fine, i just want heat, i dont care about an upgrade but we moved rooms. The heat in that room barely functioned. I informed the desk again and they "fixed it" and then turned the heat down when we were out of the room. We had to ask for extra blankets because at this point i dont want more ppl in my room when im trying to relax. The hot water barely worked in this room also, until randomly on the 2nd day it was suddenly scalding hot. There was a huge jacuzzi in the corner of the room that dosent work, and we were told the water was disconnected. So if youre looking at the suites and think it includes a jacuzzi, it dosent. They couldn't pay me to stay here again. Worst hotel ive ever stayed at in Montréal. 0/10 i dont recommend
