「Very clean. Very efficient design of space and modern. It would have been nice to have more hooks and a deeper shelf to put our things but we are only in our room to sleep. It was really all we needed. I really appreciated how ecofriendly they are, not even having plastic lids for the coffee cups in the lobby. "The hotel room is huge, and every detail is perfect. From the watch to the wine, everything is impeccable. Moreover, the hotel's location is close to the center of Bath, making it incredibly convenient for finding food and going shopping. The staff is also extremely polite, and the handsome young man from concierge, in particular, is exceptionally nice to us. He attentiveness made my partner and me feel like VIPs.
