「Staffs are Very nice」

「房間比想像中細了點，其中一盞枱燈壞了，通知了門房，但最後沒有修理」

「Next time I come back to Bristol, I’d definitely be staying in this hotel again! The bed is very comfy, the free milk machine is such a nice facility in the corridor, the welcome cookies were yummy, the service is good, the room is nice and clean.」

「城堡本身非常古老，环境也很幽静，室内摆设都极大保留了历史特色。酒店原则上不接受8岁以下儿童入住，我们带着一个4岁的孩子，虽然无法进入餐厅用餐，但是可以叫room service在房间吃早餐。早餐很丰富味道也很好。是一次很满意的经历。」

「整體來說都滿意，唯一要彈的是冷氣機經常噴出一塊塊灰黑色的物體， 可能是隔塵網太污糟了，應該清洗乾淨好D， 弄得被上一塊塊污跡，這樣不太好。 其他設施及服務也貼心。」

「Very small room but clean. Facilities are old. Shower was leaked of water. Hotel just likes a 2 stars hotel in China which costs £20-30.」

「For the price the hotel was OK, thankfully it was only a bed for the night whilst working nearby. Its the little things that let it down, first impression when you walk in the foyer is to walk back out, but then when you get in the room itself things are not too bad, Plug missing from batch, back missing off remote control, windows and mirrors are dirty. You get what you pay for.」

「取房時花了很久時間，因員工對程序不太熟識，lobby沒有洗手間，要辦好入住手續上房才可到洗手間，很不方便。」

「Clean and quiet, a bit far from Bristol but good location if you plan to travel from Bristol to Wales 」

「Characterful property in open countryside with good free parking. A car is needed for getting about as no immediate public transport (40 minute walk to nearest bus stop). Set in lovely grounds with seating outside for warmer days and plenty inside when it isn't so nice. Large room with bath and shower though minmal sockets and not near bed. Good for relaxing and not being distracted by phones. There was an event on the evening we stayed but music stopped by 11pm. Great for a relaxing break. 」

「A Hidden Gem of a Hotel. Staff Are All very Friendly and made us Feel very Welcome. Food is First Class. Grounds are very well Manicured. Excellent base for Visiting Bristol, but you will need a Car as Hotel is off the Beaten track.」

「1. No wifi in the room. 2. The TV doesn't work. 3. Tableware not clean in the breakfast restaurant.」

「Stayed here for a wedding, room was small but clean. You could feel the bed springs on your back when you laid down and the bed was a bit small. Understood they had breakfast included, but they don't serve breakfast. Staff was lovely and very accommodating. 」
