「We loved the hotel and its closeness to the BIC, city centre and beach, plus easy car parking which was another £12 but worth it seeing where it is.The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs, we had no problem changing our room as the first room was very clean but unfortunately had a very stale odour, the furniture was very tired and we also had very noisy people above us. There was absolutely no hesitation in moving us to a lovely suite on the 3rd floor which was unexpected,...

「Our stay was wonderful. Warm welcoming staff, where nothing was too much trouble. Our room was amazing, with a balcony to relax and enjoy a cup of tea. I would like to mention, a waitress with a pony tail, she was very efficient, seemed to know her job very well, and was a people person. Thank you to all the amazing staff, who, did not know this but made our Ruby wedding anniversary, and wonderful experience, and nice memories. 」

「it is a very old hotel with old facility at the price, small room - can't even open my suitcase on the floor, very old facility in the hotel and in the room, old wood window that has a big gap that is very noisy when hit by the wind (I had to put a towel in the middle of the night between the gap to stop the noise) bathroom very old, faucet very difficult to use, Parking very expensive 」

「You can't beat the location of Sandbanks hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. I would not go into the swimming pool again as I found it very difficult to get in and out via the awful metal steps. As most of the guests were elderly I doubt if any of them would use the pool. The Haven pool is much safer with wide steps.」
