"The hotel was perfectly located for visiting the city, directly across from the Tokyo Station, so access to the subway and trains was super easy. Walking distance to the Imperial Palace and the Museum of Modern Art. Rooms are a little small, but we weren’t spending much time in the room. Would definitely recommend the Hotel."

"Room was small but the level 2 area was well appointed and I enjoyed the dining experience and the Nohga Experience Guide which was extremely useful and introduced me to some nice places I wouldn't have otherwise known about. It made the say and sense of being in the neighbhourhood much stronger."

"We stayed at both the Garden Tower and The Main while we were in Tokyo over 8 days and the New Otani was INCREDIBLE. No notes. The rooms are beautiful, cozy, and have beautiful views of the property. The staff is wonderfully attentive and beyond helpful. This is a must stay place if you are visiting Tokyo."

"The hotel was nice and spacious. The staff was welcoming and friendly and spike English. The restaurant, Torrent, had really delicious food, I loved their course menu. They had options of 5000 yen and 8000 yen. The location was also great becuase it was within walking sistance to Shibuya station and had many rsataurants around it."
