"Walkable to the Crypto Arena"

"Stayed on the 3rd floor for 6 days. Location is perfect and the staff were very helpful. The air conditioning in the room didnt work, and the mattress was very uncomfortable. Also could not sleep well due to hearing all the noise from the back alley/street."

"Beautiful building and grounds. Shuttle a bit slow to arrive, and elevators get a bit overwhelmed at times, but otherwise all was great! Well appointed rooms, pool and hot tub were great too."

"I like the vintage vibe of the Freehand and how well maintained that it is. The property had plenty of amenities like a rooftop pool and bar, on-site restaurant, gym and guest lounge. The hotel is centrally located in Downtown L.A. to bars, stores, shops and food. The only thing that I disliked is when staff would walk into my room without knocking at 9:30 am, this happened twice during my stay."
