Palmetto Beachfront Hotel, a By the Sea Resort
The room is super outdated and smelled of old seafood. Couldn't even stay but was still charged for 1 night. I walked in and turned around at the door and was still charged. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Club Quarters Hotel Downtown, Houston
Hotel is in a good location. The building is definitely dated. It is obvious they try to maintain it the best they can. The only complaint was the smell perhaps due to the pet policy. However, for the price it was tolerable.

Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort
There was a lot to do, but it was so spread out and getting around was difficult. Unless you want to walk a ton of miles, you need to take a shuttle to get to places which takes like 20 min for 2 miles with al the stops

BEWARE! The pictures you see of the beach are not what you get. We were there for four days and two of them, the seaweed was a foot high, hot and smelly and went into the water so you couldn’t just step over it.
