Room was fine but was not serviced each day and we had to ask for towels , toilet paper etc . Most staff seemed too busy to help or look after us: when we checked in , there was no welcome just admin . Could be so much better .

We had a wonderful short stay at Raffles recently as part of a stopover in Singapore on our way to New Zealand. We travelled as a family with our two small children (ages 2 and 6 months). We were a bit nervous about staying in such a nice hotel with the kids but the staff were extremely accommodating and we were able to check in early so we could all nap after our flight. The suites are easily big enough for a rollaway bed and a cot and Raffles even provides separate children’s bedding, towels and toiletries - it was very impressive and we felt very welcome. We spent the second day by the pool, which is beautiful and immaculately kept. The staff at the pool bar are worth a special mention as they were particularly helpful, nothing was too much trouble and it never felt pretentious. This really is a very special hotel, and we would recommend it to other families.

Typical 4 star business hotel. Good size clean rooms, little storage space but everything you need. Nice, well organised breakfast with a good selection. Only downside was the traffic noise, as on busy road,

Superb service from all staff. I can remember a few of the names, Chloe - check in was fast and friendly, Max - pool bar was talkative and informative, Ivan - breakfast was happy and accommodating. Quality hotel. I will definitely be recommending it to anyone.
