The hotel is very convenient to the airport, the free shuttle is great and the employees at the front desk and in the bar are outstanding! I would like to personally commend Adelaida at the front desk for going above and beyond in her service!!

The hotel is located very closely to the lake Zurich and close to the Old Town where the shopping and restaurants are. The hotel does not have A/C which is very hard to sleep or stay in the room when the temperature outside is over 20’s C. Also, there is no coffee or tea in the room.

Hotel maintenance is lacking, they’re updating the exterior of the hotel. Numerous maintenance issues to address in the room we stayed in. The portable AC unit kept giving error codes so we researched and drained the water reservoir ourselves to get it to work. Hotel location is very good.
