"We reached the hotel earlier than the standard check-in time, and to our surprise, the staff kindly accommodated us with an early check-in. This made a big difference, as we were able to settle in, freshen up, and head out for sightseeing without any hassle. We also had lunch at the hotel's restaurant, and the pizza was one of the best we've ever had. It was an unexpected highlight of our stay. During our two-night stay, we were able to enjoy breakfast on one morning. We had to leave very early the next day, so we couldn't have breakfast then. There were plenty of options for non-vegetarian guests, but as vegetarians, we were also happy with the variety and quality of the food. The only drawbacks were that the room was quite small, and the housekeeping could have been better. The coffee pot was still wet inside and did not appear to have been cleaned properly. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The friendly and accommodating staff, excellent food, and convenient location made our visit to Venice enjoyable, and we would happily recommend this hotel."

"I stayed in an adjoining room in the hotel for 4 nights with family. The hotel was clean and the hot & cold provisions for breakfast were sufficient. There is a tram stop a few feet outside the hotel, which made movement within the city very easy. The staff was excellent, with a special mention going to Alejandro Serrano who was super helpful to me and my family from the time I made my booking, during the stay and during the check-out. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is in a great location, close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. However there are a few areas that need improvement. The hotel does not have air conditioning, which made the room uncomfortable, especially during warmer weather. The front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly when we checked in, leaving a poor first impression. The bar is nice, but the tall, slim female bartender had a bad attitude and was unfriendly. Improving the customer service and providing air conditioning would make this a much better place to stay."
