"The only thing I wasn't too fond of was the lack of scenery because of the construction taking place directly across the street but the hotel has no control over that. I do want to highlight the young lady at the front-desk Aisha, she was genuinely awesome, I love her energy and spirit and her customer service skills, she is incredible and solution oriented. "This property is across the street from old town and the main Zurich train station. Plenty of restaurants, a large supermarket and public transportation. Property is well kept and staff is superb."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is pretty good. Public spaces were nice. Was given a room opposite the elevator and could hear noisy conversations as people gathered here. Borrowed an iron which was faulty and didn’t work. Breakfast was poor for the price paid. "
