Amazing!!! It was clean, comfy, great breakfast. It was a little outside of the main part of town but there is a free bus which takes you to the centre if you don't fancy the walk. Self check in was really easy

The hotel in immaculate and well appointed. The coffeehouse attached has a wonderful breakfast with great service. The walls are thick concrete so it is absolutely quiet; I never heard noise (voices and doors closing) in the hall or out on the street. There is a lovely balcony with table and 2 chairs and a useful ceiling fan. The location is ideal for walking to the center of town and for the bus stop for busses to the hiking trails and to Sargens, Switzerland, if leaving via Zurich. I can recommend this hotel without reservation.

Not staffed after about 2-3pm. NOT SOUNDPROOF rooms. I also booked 2 rooms to be near my disabled friend. Machine check in have her 2nd floor me 1st floor. Rude staff in the morning(male) person to my friend traveling with me. She is elderly and disabled and trying to find my room he told her to walk up the stairs. I will never stay here again. Unbelievable. I hope this person doesn't treat his mother or grandmother the way he treated my friend. Room, fair, I pillow, I bath towel, I hand towel. Seemed clean. Communal small refrigerator, in the basement.

This is a beautiful hotel, the room, bathroom and balcony were all very nice. The only issue was the lack of air conditioning, on hot nights the fun is not enough.

A lovely cafe staff, ample breakfast, very modern rooms, awesome shower, great views, combined with a much appreciated "welcome pass" on the bus service. If I had any complaint it was that the rooms are a little small for a 4-day stay, and it would have been nice had there been laundry facilities.

Lovely, quiet and very clean, we loved this hotel. The coffee house breakfast was great (very nice people) and the view to the cathedral and castle were so very nice. We also loved the trail into town along the stream.
