This was such a beautiful, pleasant surprise. The hotel was exquisite. The service was outstanding, and the staff were mostly helpful. ( except for one experience with a staff member giving us wrong directions to a very popular attraction… But these things happen. I wouldn’t hold it against the Hotel for that.)
I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan on doing so for some friends who are coming in the fall
I would also consider staying at other paradox hotels around the world

The Concierge was exceptional! I wish we had gotten his name. My husband thought he lost his wallet coming through immigration at the cruise port. The concierge called to inquire. Then he called the taxi that we rode in from the port to the hotel. It was found.
Then he arranged to store our luggage and secure a limo taxi for the ride to the airport. We gave him a US gold plated coin to show our appreciation. You are lucky to have him.
