Kanto Region Luxury Vacations

The bell hops were helpful when we arrived via taxi and when we needed a taxi as well, translating our destination from English to Japanese. The front desk was quick for check in. The room was spotless and cozy. The city view was spectacular with a balcony. Especially like that they are eco friendly, providing a water craft to refill. The fridge was exceptionally cold. Walkable to waterfront activities and train station.

Just wonderful. All staff helpful and courteous. Rooms are comfortable and large. Hotel garden is so beautiful and peaceful Will always stay at Chinzanso when I visit Tokyo

Clean rooms and courtesy. The had and amble breakfast buffet. The bar had a great view and offerings. Perfect if you are staying in Shinjuku

Loved the steak restaurant

Room and staff were terrific, location and view was perfect. We had access to four restaurants for breakfast… had any of them been good I would have given a Five Star rating. The breakfast was simply not too the standard of other five star hotels we’ve been all over the world. Hotel was wonderful.

My family and I really enjoyed the hotel. The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and convenient for transportation.

Overall very nice, just that i can see the coffee stin circle on the chair and this room worth over few hundred bucks a night.

Room was always spotless, they did an amazing job with the cleaning. Staff was excellent, room was spacious for Tokyo and the lounge access included with Premier Grand was a really great feature. Would highly recommend!
