「Very comfortable and functional rooms. Washing basin is separated from toilet which is a sensible design. Although not at the centre of Shinjuku, it’s only about 15 minutes walk. Close to Marunouchi Line, convenient transportation.」

「一開始看評價還有點擔心，有人說好也有人說不好，實際住過後跟家人都覺得還不錯，除了床太軟了！有廚房跟洗衣機真的很方便，離地鐵也近，附近還有3家超市，也有藥妝店，7-11跟全家，未來有機會的話會想再去住」

「the position is so good to travelers! It neat bus station for 涉41 and 渉45, these 2 Bus are directly to Shinjuku west station where you can transit to everywhere in Tokyo!! The room is very clean and have a little kitchen that you can cook by yourself.」

It’s also within easy walking distance to the train station, so getting around Tokyo was very smooth for us. Room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and the whole place felt welcoming. The host was very communicative ahead of our arrival (unfortunately the Expedia app made it impossible for me to respond) and he provided a guide with check-in/out instructions, and information on using the amenities. They were a great host! The location is an easy 10-15 min walk to a number of subway and train stations which made exploring a breeze. 」

「the room is nice and clean. kitchen is awesome, washing machines is awesome, iron is awesome, ac is awesome. i would book the room here if i visit Tokyo again! but the thing i want to said is: pls make the room on the 1st floor look more obvious so to let other guests know that there’s a room out there. 2) the slippers would stick on ur feet if u r not wearing ur socks/ when ur feet were wet.」
