Good to have the shuttle bus service. Hotel is just next to Zepp Nagoya, very convenient if going to attend a concert there. Otherwise, it is a bit far away from the Nagoya Station and the shopping/dining center around the station. Room is clean and spacious. Suite is exactly the same as seen in the room picture on the booking website. Yet the view of the suite is not the iconic Church view. If do not have a budget concern, this hotel is a great place for relaxation.

Staff is very helpful and polite. Also, I found that hotel has rental service for charge wire (free of charge), i appreciated it very much. Noticed that they rent charger as well, which i seldom seen such service in other hotels.
Hotel is a bit old and have dust, but it is acceptable to me.
