The staff were excellent, the property was very clean. The details in the room could be improved, the shower door had a large gap and the bathroom floor got water puddles each time it was used which meant we had to use our towels to dry the floor, the toilet paper used was not five star quality it was one ply which meant we needed to use much more then if it was a two or three ply. The first night we checked in, the light switch for the bathroom stopped working we turned the light on but could not turn it off, the staff came up quickly and fixed it, however, a hotel at this level should have a system in place to monitor proper functioning of the rooms between guests. These may seem like small things but they are the memories that leave with the guests!

The staff was simply exceptional. I was unwell so had limited mobility and the staff went way beyond to make my stay comfortable.

It was a great staycation. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment. The facilities were adequate and the overall ambience was quiet and conducive for a comfortable stay. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would be happy to stay here again.

Great location, walkable to a lot of popular spots. Clean big rooms. Staff is super helpful. The Crossroads bar is perfect for a drink and a snack, with a good selection of food. Room service is also excellent for breakfast.
