We stay with Monday so many times in few different locations. We love the facilities however I am expecting more services from the front desk staff, I ask for luggage storage the answer was no but I understood. However when I ask for sending my luggage to next hotel the front desk can only direct me to the logistics company instead helping me to organise it… well I know I am staying with a service apartment not a hotel…

房間很潔淨， 露台看天很美， 但室內比想象中細， 而且只有一間獨立房但是2張雙人床， 多一間動比較好， 最後是離地鐵少少點遠， 附近商店比較早關門。

Too small for 5 people a room

房間算整潔，每天要自行將垃圾和毛巾放門口以便收拾。 環境大致清靜，只有開了大門才會聽到JR鐵路的聲音。 房間每3-4天才有一次整理。 附近有一兩間提供早餐的cafe，推薦斜對面那間有老婆婆的，質素很好。 唯一吐糟的是這間酒店不代收包裹，如果想網購的話就要選擇別家。 職員英文程度還好，基本溝通可以，太深奧的要google translate

Grand hotel with Beautiful garden. Quiet neighborhood. Enjoy the stay very much. Need to walk uphill from the nearby Metro station to the hotel, could be good exercise in nice weather.

Amazing !! Really good views really good service

Attentive English speaking staff, excellent food, comfortable bed and pillows(with over 10 different types to choose from), and right above the Mitsukoshimae subway station are some of the reasons we would come back to stay at this hotel again at our next visit.

酒店近著大門站同濱松町，算係大部份景點嘅中間位，去新宿/台場都好近。酒店行去大門站大約5分鐘，濱松町就大約10分鐘。 附近好多便利店同食肆，係冇乜購物景點。
