Blown away by it so next part isn't to negalate this. Main problem communication ,we didn't know afternoon tea is included so instead of getting to hotel spent it outside ( afternoon tea not great and no vegetarian options) . All the facilities not explained and due to jet lag /heavy wedding never got to grips with geography of hotel and got lost ...not enough signs to location of rooms especially. However after first day didn't bother walking ..just called buggy. Massage excellent. Breakfast for vegetarian cooked selection limited however still excellent. Staff ...amazing , treated like king.

Communication prior arriving was great and we were able to book airport transfer. All the staff were helpful and very welcoming. The location is great as everything is working distance. The property was well maintained as they had staff doing the rounds. Room was super clean and bed made everyday. We also used the laundry service and got our clothes within a timely manner.
I would highly recommend staying here!
