The hotel is in a very convenient location sort of in the middle of the strip. The area is very walkable. The hotel is on the older side, but well maintained. The casino is a little smokier than others, but that may be due to the age. Otherwise great experience with a quick check-in even though the line was long. They have a very automated system that was efficient. It was winter time so the pool wasn’t open, but my wife and I had no complaints and our room overlooked the sphere so we were happy.

Room smelled of chlorine and the AC didn’t work

No hot water for the shower and only one restaurant open for breakfast.

The resort credit for food & drinks was great, the room was comfortable but the bathroom had some hairs on bathroom floor in corners. The thermostat in room was not working either. We stayed in the central tower. I called to let the front desk know at check out just as an FYI and the female customer service commented you should have let us know sooner. We only stayed there one night for concert but the room was pricey so my expectations were clean room at minimum. The bed was comfortable. Overall not awful but there’s room for improvement especially for price.

Room was clean but felt a little bit bare? No fridge, no dresser. Main issue was the music playing all night from outside I think. Mostly like this place as I've stayed many times but was a bit off this time if I'm honest

We arrived early since our flight was early morning. We were going to check in early, but after finding out the additional charge, decided to just leave our bags with the luggage concierge. We attempted again to check in. After waiting in a rather long line, the desk clerk told us we had to wait an additional 6 minutes since check-in was in 6 minutes. She expected us to go back to the end of the line and wait the 6 minutes. This was extremely frustrating after a very early 5-hour flight. Why couldn’t she simply have checked us in and just have our room keys unlock after a certain check-in time? This was not a good way to introduce us to Harrah’s in Las Vegas. And we had just stayed at the Harrah’s in Biloxi and Atlantic City.
