Clean room, staff at front desk, amenities and the overall vibes. Although it would’ve been lovely if we got the room at a lower rate.

An amazing stay! I highly recommend this hotel. The staff were really great and professional, I was in love with my room and the layout, and the location is perfect. Walking distance from Chinatown (about 8 min walk to Maxwell Centre) and close to several buses and train stations!

Great location, within walking distance of Marina Bay area. The hotel is wonderful, room was spacious, spotless and to a high standard and the staff are exemplary. We had a room on the 13th floor with a view of the iconic Marina Bay Sands hotel. Would definitely recommend Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay hotel.

Very helpful Staff esp at reception area Daniel assister us. We arrived early that day and hotel allows us to check in early without a second thought. Makes our stay a comfortable experience and everything is so easy and smooth.

Prefer this Mercure over Mercure ICON Singapore City Centre, this location is a bit further out, however, catching a Grab is relatively inexpensive and you can always use pubic transport. The room is much larger than the City Centre place, lots of hawker markets and local restaurants. Overall a good experience
