Rude staff. They were dismissive and brusque. The hotel is quite generic, which is fine but not at that price.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,002 reviews)
Every thing was great except I had a hard time setting the temp in the room! The the thermostat had very limited options, I couldn’t even turn the HVAC off! It was too cold when I was up and setting around and not cold enough when I was sleeping! Other wise all was good! The rooms were newly remodeled and the staff were all excellent! Management did step in and find me a room where the HVAC worked better and they comped me breakfast every day for the inconvenience!

9.4/10 Exceptional! (2,016 reviews)
The staff were extremely helpful, attentive and very pleasant! The breakfast and food was excellent! The room was clean but we were placed on ground floor, which we didn’t expect and weren’t very happy with. The hotel has a great central location to everything including the tube ( underground transportation), which was very easy to use to get around all parts of the city,
