This is a great facility for it's view from the onsen. They post sunrise time daily so one can use the rooftop outdoor onsen to enjoy sunrise at the right time.
This place is great for travelers that drives. It's slightly far from the train station (about 15-20 minutes by foot), but has buses that could get you there. Limited selection of restaurants around. Traditional breakfast provided is tasty.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Seahawk Fukoaka. It was a bit of a distance from Hakata Station but the bus ride is about 20 minutes and there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel.
