It is a very clean and quiet hotel. Staff knows NO English and just stare at you. Was frustrating!

Very spacious and comfortable property

I really enjoyed staying here. Of the five hotels I stayed at in Thailand, this was the one that offered me a transfer, as they take full responsibility for anything that happens within the hotel.

The property itself is quiet nice however don’t expect to be able to work online or do much as wifi is terrible, had better in outback remote 3rd world than this internet. The property DOES NOT take Amex even though it says they do on this website, they either don’t want to take it and flatly refuse or they don’t have it which should be reported on Expedia. I wouldn’t stay here again, there are nicer places for same money in BKK

Convenient and good.ambient. Only issue is their cafe closes at 10pm, which could explore closing at midnight for tourists.

A return to our Bangkok home at the traditional Landmark did not disappoint and following our previous reviews, we are back again. Still undergoing renovation in sections, the new works around the central atrium look splendid. Check in was conducted at club level and off to our room on the 27th floor near to the lifts. Unfortunately a room issue led to a quick room change to a bigger room, but well handled by the club reception. The transfer to the premium corner club room was spacious and had all the usual amenities you’d expect from the Landmark with great views across the Bangkok skyline. The lobby is again closed for renovations, so pedestrian entry/exit is via the new eateries atrium, much easier than before. Taxi drop offs are at the side of the hotel. The hotel features the London style bar, now in an open plan “Quad” area but also includes a new bakery, Italian outlet, burger outlet, and Greenhouse local food restaurant, this one being open conveniently 24 hours a day. We tried the latter, extremely tasty curries, great early hours service and reasonably priced for a hotel. I can only imagine that when the renovations are complete, the lobby will likely look just as amazing. Staff here are just perfect, especially on the club floor. We will be back in January 2026.

Breakfast buffet was good and hot food changed everyday. Staff was attentive and decor was nice. Rooms were clean and massage was good

The service was great and location convenient with 7/11 store nearby. It was also near Chitlom BTS making going places very easy.
