Perfect location in bangkok. Staff is so nice and very helpful. The pool is so clean and well maintained. The complimentary chilled jasmine tea is the best thing for the hot bangkok climate; such a nice touch.

We booked a room based on the pictures provided when making the reservation. However, when we arrived, we were not given the room we had booked. We were shown four different rooms, all of which looked the same, and none matched the room we had originally selected.
We were then informed that the room we had booked was actually already occupied/booked out and that we would not be able to stay in the room we had paid for. This was extremely disappointing, as the room we received was not what was advertised or what we had booked based on the pictures provided.
