Okay building in a nice neighborhood. Easy bolt to attractions, but building was just okay. Price was great, but didn’t love having a usual check in and daily housekeeping. That is on us though, booking this site. Felt safe and secure in the building.

Fantastic hotel. Our deluxe duplex rooms were very spacious. Perfect service at Reception and at breakfast. This hotel is so close to all Pragues delights. I recommend this hotel highly !!

Excellent communication prior to arriving. Excellent breakfast buffet. Nice to have a bar in the lobby. Andrea (I hope I have spelt her name correctly) made the stay much better than it would have been were she not there. She was caring, helpful, keen to be of assistance and intelligent.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. My wife loved the heated floors in the bathroom. Only issue we had was the the A/C had been turned off for the season, as it was starting to get colder, but being on the third floor, it got quite warm in the room, which meant that we had to open the windows, which let in a lot of street noise. Other than that, it was a very nice place to stay.
