"This property was due for renovations about 3 years ago but the pandemic hit. They are planning a huge renovation now and you can tell they are in the recovery phase of the pandemic. We love this resort but could tell the pandemic hurt them."

"Stayed at a few places around the Hawaiian islands on a family trip. This was a bit disappointing. The resort is a bit tired, the dining options on site were slow, just OK on the food and expensive for what is a pretty basic experience. The pools lacked shade. The rooms were OK, but smelled musty. ..."
