However, one minor drawback was a mattress in our room that had a faulty spring, causing slight noise when turning, which affected sleep quality. Overall, a delightful stay with a touch of classic luxury.

Staff spoke little English but were helpful when assistance was needed. Family room was spacious. However the sofa bed was uncomfortable and cannot be sleep on. Sore spine and terrible pain. Definitely not recommended for sleeping.

Our family had a wonderful experience staying with this hotel, all the staff are very friendly, accommodating, as a first time traveling to macau the Filipino guy (sorry we forgot his name) provided everything we should know guides and tips to visit. Thank you guys for making my mom birthday extra special ;)
