From the moment we stepped foot onto this resort the whole team at the Crimson made us feel welcomed with their hospitality. The whole property, from the lush, green, tropical grounds being well kept and beautifully manicured, to our beautiful room being immaculately clean, and with our linens smelling fresh, and a stocked bar with welcome goodies, snacks and drinks, we were blown away with this place! The team at the Crimson take hospitality to a whole other level! We snorkeled at the beach here a saw lots of beautiful fish. We enjoyed our time in the beautiful Infiniti pool and had so much fun trying the foods at the restaurants here at the Crimson. I recommend eating at the Azure Beach Club, it’s a whole vibe in itself with outstanding service! Also the Breakfast Buffet is so delicious, I see why they have earned their Michelin stars, sooooo delicious! I have nothing but amazing things to rave about the Crimson from a quick and easy check in, to WiFi being fast, to the whole team being very accommodating and allowing us a late check out when we were leaving Cebu. I will definitely be back soon!!

This was the first hotel we stayed in while vacationing on Okinawa. We were very impressed with how well the staff takes care of their guests. When we drove up to the hotel it started to rain. The staff greeted us, took our bags to the reception area. My daughter and I went into the hotel while my husband was instructed to park our car in the parking lot. He was very much surprised to see one of the staff running towards him after parking the car with an umbrella to shield him from the rain. Check-in was seamless, and as an IHG member, the perks that came with our stay were phenomenal.* While the premises had the look of the 80's, it was well-kept and clean. The view of the ocean from the second floor common area was great. The floor to ceiling windows made it a nice place to read a book and enjoy the warmth of the sun. The pool area was well maintained and there were plenty of towels on hand. The beach area was well organized with beach chairs and umbrellas. We didn't try the floating obstacle course. The laundry facilities were coin-operated and the area was kept clean. I'd definitely stay at ANA Intercontinental Manza Beach Resort again and highly recommend it others. *Cooked to order breakfast, Afternoon Tea, and Evening Cocktails. All with a light buffet.
