Our New Otani stay was comfortable and memorable. The staff is wonderful and welcoming. The front staff spoke perfect English making it easy for us to express any needs or have questions answered.
Although we were in an older portion of the New Otani (renovations were being conducted), the room was spacious and well appointment for our stay. The view from our room included a clear view of Osaka Castle' which is a 10 minute walk away.
We would definitely stay at The New Otani when we're in Osaka.
