The front desk personnel were always very friendly, polite, and especially helpful. My first encounter was over the phone when I called to confirm the correct address for shipping our luggage to your location. I was lucky enough to speak with a staff member who was fluent in English, and the entire process went seamlessly. I was also fortunate enough to have that same person check us in, which was a lovely opportunity to put a face to the voice. She was incredibly helpful and provided us with great suggestions for local dining spots around the hotel. Furthermore, as we were checking out to visit the next town, she gave us an excellent recommendation. Since we were returning to Osaka for one final night before heading home, she suggested that we leave our large suitcases at the hotel. At the time, I had booked a different hotel close to the airport limousine bus, but because of her advice, I was able to cancel that reservation for a full refund and book our last night with you instead. It was the best last-minute decision I made. We ended up taking just a short taxi ride to the limousine bus station and actually saved money compared to my original booking. Another big plus was the room itself, which came equipped with a kitchen and a fridge, and featured spacious accommodations with very comfortable beds. Thank you for the fantastic service. I will definitely stay at the hotel again whenever I visit Osaka.

Great location near station, super comfortable place with plenty of room. The kitchenette was very useful and practical, and the washer/dryer was excellent and twice as fast as other places in Japan. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Air conditioning worked great also.

Cross Hotel Osaka exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Osaka. Its central location is incredibly convenient, with excellent restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and popular attractions within easy walking distance in every direction. The hotel is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. The staff members were consistently professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend Cross Hotel Osaka to anyone looking for quality accommodations in the heart of the city.
