Excellent resort - spacious rooms and excellent food options. Laurent, the waiter at the breakfast Orange restaurant was especially attentive and very helpful with information about touring Okinawa. Great service too from him and the rest of the staff.

The room was spotless with clean pyjamas every night. The staff were courteous & professional. We enjoyed the tea service, the massage chairs and the quiet relaxation areas.

I use to get 4 1000 yen vouchers at check.
I haven’t gotten any the last 2 times.
I enjoyed buying danish or cookies at the pastry store to have with my morning coffee.
My birthday was November 7 when I checked out.
I returned on November 12 and will stay until November 25.
Hotel Okura this year gave me flowers. Last year it was cookies and always a birthday cake.
Imperial Hotel gave me a photo frame and I only stayed 2 nights November 9 and 10.
Otani could have given me something.
