The room was clean, and the daily tidy was great! But the rooms lacked charging locations and walls are super thin. Elevators need maintenance. Half the buttons on half the Elevators didn't work.

Wonderful hotel, awesome breakfast. Lovely staff. Situation perfect for “Raffles” the Famous Singapore Slinger cocktail discovered here in 1915. Mention to Sebastian in the Evening bar, Top guy, eager to make our stay memorable. Definitely a Carlton fan from now on.

Pool hours including cleaning should be specified to guest when they arrive instead of when they arrive at pool. Bathroom maintenance could be done better such as cracks on sink, floor ledge at the door is a tripping hazard and bathroom is too high making causing slips when coming out.
