Beautiful rooms and resort. Everything was kept spotless. The beach had plenty of chairs, sunbeds, and shade. Staff were very nice and did very well with the language difference. Our butler, Guzman, was always available and willing to help us in any way he could.

For whatever reason, it took forever to get checked in. Pool and grounds were great, clean and well maintained. Getting lounge chairs was difficult if you weren’t there before 10am. They claimed the resort was 95% full, and that’s why they couldn’t give a room upgrade we were due as an Expedia Gold ...

The rooms were great, the staff was attentive and polite, and the common areas were clean. I would have liked a little more music and upbeat energy by at least one of the pools outside.
