Great room and very helpful staff.

Absolutely loved this stay. Just a 10-minute walk to the Bund, with charming old houses along the way. The room was spotless, the bed super comfortable, and I slept like a baby. Great water pressure in the shower. The laundry room on the 4th floor was a huge plus—wash and dry in one go. Nice gym for a quick morning workout, and the rooftop terrace has an amazing view of Lujiazui at night. Front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and even recommended some great local Shanghainese restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay—trendy, pretty decor set a modern vibe. Staff were super helpful, accommodating every request. Breakfast had great variety and was delicious. The new surrounding area is comfy with tons of nearby restaurants. One minor issue: A mosquito in the room bit me a few times on my last night. Still highly recommend!

Great spot overall. The Butler (Johnson) was extra helpful as i'm a foreigner and he was able to see to my needs anytime. Would stay again.

The property exceeded my expectations a did the staff. They were beyond helpful and made our stay one we will not forget.

The location of the hotel, and its staff are wonderful. It’s very clean with comfortable beds. Its breakfast is soooo good. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to travel to Shanghai.

Property said there were three beds in the one room, but there was two beds in one room and then a separate bed in the room next door. The facilities were clean, modern and had great air conditioning. The location is a little out of the old city or shopping district or Bund, but we took a taxi to all very cheaply. There is also public transportation nearby.
