Check-in was remarkably fast despite the busy period. The front desk team provided outstanding service—always helpful and welcoming after long days at the exhibition. My room was spotless, well-appointed, and quiet. The location couldn't be better—just minutes from the fair complex. Great bonus having a pool table to unwind and network with other exhibitors in the evenings. Perfect for business travelers. Will definitely book again next year!

During the Canton Fair, they even arranged airport transport—such a helpful touch. The location is perfect for business—surrounded by international traders, making networking and deals incredibly convenient. Great value for money. Will definitely stay here again!

The hotel also offers a free airport transfer, which was very convenient and made my trip much easier. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Guangzhou next time.

I was really satisfied with my stay at Lavande Hotel (Dongxiaonan Branch). The hotel has a great location with convenient transportation and plenty of dining options nearby. The room was very clean, cozy and quiet, and the bed was comfortable, allowing me to sleep well all night. The smart curtains and lighting control were very convenient, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water supply was sufficient. The front desk staff were polite and professional, providing thoughtful but unobtrusive service. Overall, it was clean, comfortable and hassle-free. Highly recommended!

The property itself is good not great. Would I stay here again,yes. Was a slightly disappointed in the condition of the actual room itself yes. The interior of the hotel itself is beautiful but the rooms had better days. I’m not a fan of wood floor with lifted flooring. If you can get past that it’s in a safe location with plenty things to do within a reasonable reach.

Absolutely perfect 5-star stay at Encore Guangzhou Jiangnan West! As a businessman traveling with family, the airport pickup, central location, and nearby amenities were ideal. Front desk was friendly and efficient; rooms were spotless and service was thoughtful. We loved everything and will definitely return—highly recommend!
