"Much to my surprise, we were upgraded to a suite upon arrival. The room was massive, bigger than my previous apartment. All the amenities were provided although it would be nice to have a Nespresso machine but for the price paid, no complaints there. Breakfast had a good selection and enough to get you started for the day. Great location. Staff were very helpful. Took advantage of the self serve laundry facilities, you need a local phone number to use the app but you can always call reception and they will send someone up to help you. One night they provided hot Chinese soup in the room. Overall a great stay"

"Great location. Hotel is a short distance from Canton Tower and great stopping malls. Front desk staff Ethan H. is very helpful. We initially had a difficult time checking in. Upon learning about our situation, Ethan stepped in and made extrs effort to accommodate us, turning our stay into a pleasant experience. We booked an additional 3 nights stay thanks to his help."

"Here is the English translation optimized for a formal guest compliment or review:During my stay at the Sheraton Hotel, I had an incredibly comfortable experience.In particular, on the evening of my first day, May 15th, I was completely lost at the subway station. That was when I met a hotel concierge staff member who went above and beyond to help me out, which deeply moved me. Her name is Miss Perla Mai. Even though she was on her way home from work, she graciously escorted me all the way from the starting point to my destination. I was profoundly touched by her kindness. Because of her exceptional service, I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future and will highly recommend it to my family and friends."
