Wonderful small boutique hotel steps away from Little Italy.

Staff, location, cleanliness and breakfasts are excellent. From the minute you arrive until you leave. They are all professional and a credit to the hotel. Have to mention the staff at the Bellman desk who are friendly, helpful and never fail to make us laugh. An excellent asset to Riu TS. Love this hotel and I am back again in November. We plan our visits around the hotel’s availability

This hotel has quickly become my go-to hotel for Midtown. Staff are very warm and friendly. Very modern amenities and nicely appointed, clean rooms. Easy access to the High Line for a recreational walk, a short walk to Bryant Park and Penn Station.

Unfortunately we stayed one night during Fashion Week which skyrocketed the price. It was a lovely hotel in a great location and we felt safe.

We stayed at this hotel 18 months ago and had a great time and the staff were really good and attentive, unfortunately not this time. Reception staff didn't even bother to day good morning back. We're given coffee pods in our that didn't even fit the machine, didn't bother asking for the right ones as would have been expected to tip! The area around the pool was a mess, empty glasses and rubbish, every sunbed had a used wet towel on even though there was only one other family group at the pool. We asked for some towels to which we were told they did not have any!! Such a shame as we had such a great time on our first visit. Probably wont stay here again.

Outstanding property , great location , quiet and very safe area

The staff is lovely and the property gorgeous. The room could have been more complete (no slippers to be found and no in-room mini bar amenities, which was surprising). The grounds are pristine and peaceful.
