Front desk staff was not very helpful, just seemed to go through the motions and put minimal effort into accommodating our stay. Bellman was very helpful but the front desk reception was mediocre. Also there was loud maintenance above or near our room that woke us up and disturbed our sleep, and no offer to apologize or make up for the inconvenience.

The in-room lighting system was somewhat confusing. We left a key card in the power slot because our AC turned off without it. The lounge/bar was open but had no staff when we went to go for cocktails. Aside from those issues the hotel is great. Really nice rooms, pool area and staff were excellent, reception staff also very professional and helpful.

My stay at One Farrer was fabulous in every way. I truly love the character of this independent hotel. My room was clean, beautiful, and spacious, equipped with every amenity I could possibly need. A highlight of my stay was having access to the Skyline Lounge. The staff there are exceptional—especially Mallik, who was wonderful. The breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, and I appreciated the convenience of grabbing a light lunch in the lounge after a morning outing. The evening happy hour (5:30–8:00 PM) was equally impressive, providing a light dinner with excellent vegetarian options at every meal. Finally, the pool facilities are amazing; I thoroughly enjoyed taking advantage of the hot tub and the cold plunge pool. I highly recommend this hotel!
