Room was clean and comfortable. Great amenities. The washer and dryer was great! The only issue is the Japanese mattress and pillows are a lot firmer than what American are used to. Clean and useful mini kitchen . We used for quick breakfast. Highly recommend staying in this place, especially with family.

Great stay in Asakusa with excellent staff and location We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Asakusa. The staff were incredibly accommodating when we accidentally mixed up our checkout date due to a multi-city itinerary. Even though it caused a bit of a crisis (we had to leave Tokyo Disney and rush back in a whirlwind), they handled it with grace and helped us stay in the same room, which made a stressful situation much easier. The room itself was good and surprisingly spacious for Tokyo. One tip: I recommend asking for an extra blanket, as the beds are made with lighter bedding, which can feel chilly at night. The location is excellent—about a 10-minute walk from the train station, but right in the heart of Asakusa. This area ended up being one of our favorites. There’s incredible shopping, so many places to eat, and beautiful temples all around. I highly recommend eating in Asakusa. I initially skipped some street stands thinking I’d find the same food elsewhere, but that wasn’t the case—and Asakusa actually had the best pricing we encountered. Breakfast was a highlight. I loved having two options: one with an amazing view of Sky Tower at their larger sister hotel just half a block away, and the onsite breakfast where you can enjoy a buffet plus order a freshly made plate from the kitchen. Overall, a wonderful stay in a very cool neighborhood. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting a great base in Tokyo.

Hotel was fantastic.

Overall is a nice property although it's a boutique hotel surrounded by giant others hotels, so , no exclusivity when you leave the room. The check out experience was awful at least, rude I would say and no excuses, no justification. So if you want a A experience in Tokyo forget about this facility!

If you're a nerd and think you'd spend the majority of your time in Akihabara anyways, this is the nicest hotel there. It was super convenient being able to stop back at my room multiple times a day while shopping, winning prizes at crane games, or just wanting to use a private bathroom in between everything. The train station was less than ten minutes away. The breakfast was good, especially the coffee and tea, but it was not a buffet. If I could do it over again, I'd save money getting breakfast at McDonalds every morning.

The hotel was perfect! Very clean and everything worked perfectly! The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great trip! Even the restaurant staff was phenomenal! 10/10 will be staying here again!
