Starting with the bellboy, everyone from the reception to the cleaning staff was very kind and friendly. Of course, the location is convenient. I think even those without children would be very satisfied! Also, the bath looks bigger than it appears, and I definitely recommend it.

Room was good, breakfast buffet was disappointing… cold and basic compared to other hotels in the same class. The lobby felt uncomfortable everytime you walked through as they have sales people for upcoming resorts they are trying to sell… they approach you everytime and are trying to hand pamphlets to you and pestering. My group left elsewhere for breakfast on the last day as they did not like the cold food and the property refused to reimburse me for 6 prepaid breakfasts so I recommend you try it before pre paying. Check in was accommodating but they failed in other departments.
