The room was really nice and quite spacious for a Times Square location. The shower is 'curbless' so expect some water outside the shower.
We dined elsewhere, but spent both a sunny and a rainy afternoon in the lounge. You're being charged a daily facility fee, which includes $10 off your bar tab if charged to your room, so take advantage. Great drinks and service in a relaxing atmosphere.
Certainly would stay here again!

The property is well-maintained and clean . The stuff is friendly. It is close to grand central and restaurants. So it is relatively convenient to get to places and enjoy foods. It’s somewhat noisy at night. There are two elevators in the building. Sometimes one has to wait for a while to use the elevators. In general I am happy with my stay :)

"Customer service needs major improvement. They need to communicate better. Instead of helping they become very rude. They do not tell you their policy and then confirm they received your request, but never apologize. Receptionist hangs up the call and then doesn’t answer just to later say “you got ..."
