房內洗衣機有烘乾功能非常方便,亦有焗爐和微波爐可使用,各類餐具亦齊全,客房整潔,所以不錯 缺點是4人房只有2張椅子,酒店附近沒有餐廳,要回到上野車站

我的手機遺失在計程車上，飯店員工立刻處理，大概15分鐘後就找回來，送回到房間真的太棒了，太好了！員工非常的有禮貌，並且態度非常的好

Huge and clean room, with wide variety choice for breakfast, a very cozy and comfortable stay

The room was very clean and spacious. Close to the train station and a number of famous restaurants. I was a bit disappointed by the public bath which was very small. Also, some guests used it without taking a shower. A boy even entered into the female section and swam there. I understand it wasn’t the hotel’s fault but they need to think of some ways to educate their guests.
