This property was due for renovations about 3 years ago but the pandemic hit. They are planning a huge renovation now and you can tell they are in the recovery phase of the pandemic. We love this resort but could tell the pandemic hurt them.

Property and staff were great. You will need a car if you want to go anywhere on the island as the location is 40 mins north of Kona.
