Overall the property was very nice!

Rooms not serviced even after multiple calls, eg ran out of toilet paper, they fixed the sink and left it a mess. Limited lifts working. Nice view of the sphere for those rooms that face it

The express check in was super easy to do yourself. The employees were friendly, I’d definitely stay here again.

Great location, clean rooms, and the CVS inside is a major plus!!

Property is just as pictured,clean and staff is very nice.

Check in was a breeze, and super convenient, bell desk team was excellent both at check in and check out. Standard city view room was much larger than expected and really well appointed. Loved that it was so easy to get to other hotels (bellagio to caesars was a a short walk, and the bridge to aria was easy to find and use).

The bathroom wasn’t as clean as desired. But overall amenities nice. Easy access to sphere and all the shopping desired. Plus lots of good food options in and off strip

If you use a mobility scooter, this property is a nightmare! Getting on and off the elevators was extremely tricky, and you need to make sure that your room will accommodate your scooter because the first (nicer) sweet that I had was too cramped to be able to get it to turn around since it was a split level suite. The hotel staff is extremely kind and helpful, and seemed to start recognizing people that were there multiple days. Don’t order room service unless you are independently wealthy… Between their service charge and tax and the listed price, my piece of lasagna and a breadstick was over $80! It was good, but not $80 good! I might stay there again, but there was another property on the strip that I stayed at a couple years ago that was much more accommodating, even though it wasn’t as “ fancy”.
